Mechanical Draughtsman

Roles Responsibilities: 3D Modeling of the Pressure vessel, heat exchangers, columns, reactors and all other process equipment in 3D modeling software. Must have knowledge of solid modeling & surface modeling. Drafting of the Pressure vessel, heat exchangers, columns, reactors and all other process equipment in 2D drafting software. Drafting of the platform & ladders of structure, dome roof and any other structural members. Strong knowledge of 3D software & 2D AutoCAD drawing. Should be able to understand the requirement before preparing the 3D model and 2D drawings. Should have understanding of Shop Drawing to create 3D models. Must work as a team member. Converting drawing from PDF to DWG and PDF to 3D solid or surface model. Estimation of material requirement i.e. bills of material. Must have knowledge of development drawing with cutting layout. Must have knowledge of Assembly modeling, part modelling and surface modeling. Sheet metal modeling gives added advantage. Exposure to vessel, heat exchangers and process equipments or related Industry for 3D Modelling Well versed on Solidworks or Solid Edge or any other 3D modeling softwares. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experienced user of computer programs like Windows, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
