Senior Product Manger

Key Responsibilities Product & Team Leadership Lead cross-functional Product, Business Analysis, and Analytics teams responsible for delivering enterprise reporting and data-driven solutions. Mentor team members on commercial lending domain knowledge, product thinking, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. Foster collaboration between business, technology, implementation, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery. Analytics Product Delivery Owns the roadmap for analytics products supporting Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Credit Risk, and Portfolio Management. Drive the design and delivery of executive dashboards, portfolio reports, credit risk analytics, and operational MIS. Ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives while maintaining scalability, usability, and data quality. Business & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Credit, Risk, Relationship Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to understand business challenges and define analytics requirements. Facilitate requirement workshops, prioritize enhancements, and ensure delivered solutions provide measurable business value. Present product roadmaps, analytics insights, and implementation progress to senior stakeholders. Strategic Planning & Innovation Define product strategy and analytics roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve credit decisioning, portfolio monitoring, onboarding efficiency, and operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort, improving reporting turnaround time, and enhancing user experience. Governance & Quality Management Ensure enterprise reporting adheres to data governance, quality, security, and regulatory standards. Establish best practices for report development, functional validation, user acceptance testing, and release management. Monitor product adoption, user feedback, and performance metrics to drive continuous enhancement. Preferred candidate profile Accomplished Product Manager with 10-12 years of experience delivering innovative Data & Analytics products and solutions, including 8+ years of deep domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services with a strong focus on U.S. Lending, Credit Risk Analytics, and Risk Modeling . Possesses a strong blend of product, business, and technology leadership, with extensive experience designing and scaling cloud-native data platforms on AWS using services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, along with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI . Proven track record of translating complex business challenges into data-driven products that deliver measurable business value. Experienced in building and launching AI-powered analytics solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), including Claude and Generative AI technologies , to enable intelligent automation, advanced insights, and decision intelligence at scale. Adept at driving product vision and strategy, stakeholder engagement, data architecture modernization, cloud transformation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven innovation, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
