We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in data management, data transformation, and DATA solution implementation within global banking environments. The role involves supporting enterprise data modernization initiatives, enabling DATA-driven analytics solutions, ensuring data quality and governance, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven outcomes across banking operations. Key Skills Experience Strong functional understanding of data transformation, data management, ETL processes, and enterprise data platforms, with exposure to DATA-driven initiatives and analytics use cases. Experience supporting data implementation programs, including requirements gathering, data mapping, process analysis, and coordination between business and technical stakeholders. Well versed in the end-to-end data lifecycle, data governance frameworks, and integration across banking systems. Exposure to enterprise data modernization initiatives, analytics enablement, and regulatory/compliance-driven data practices. 6 12 years of experience with involvement in large-scale data or DATA transformation programs as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA role. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across global geographies. Global Banking experience is mandatory candidates must have worked with international banking institutions. Indian domestic banking-only experience will not be considered. Consulting candidates should demonstrate engagement with global banking clients. Roles Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities for data and DATA transformation initiatives, translating business requirements into functional specifications, data mappings, and actionable deliverables for technology teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data modernization and DATA adoption, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards. Facilitate workshops, impact assessments, and solution reviews to support scalable implementation of data and analytics solutions across banking operations. Monitor data quality, process integrity, and change impacts while supporting testing, validation, and rollout of new data-driven capabilities.
