Sr. IT Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Consultant to support digital transformation and IT advisory initiatives. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to assess technology requirements, evaluate solutions, and support the implementation of IT systems and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT consulting, technology evaluation, and working with government or public sector stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic advisory support for IT and digital transformation initiatives. Conduct technology assessments, solution evaluations, and feasibility analysis for proposed IT systems. Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders. Support design, implementation, and rollout of enterprise IT solutions and digital platforms. Coordinate with technology vendors, system integrators, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and technical notes for stakeholders. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system validation, and deployment activities. Engage with government departments, PSUs, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with defined timelines and deliverables. Required Skills Competencies Strong understanding of IT consulting, enterprise systems, and digital transformation frameworks. Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution evaluation. Knowledge of e-governance systems, ICT solutions, or government technology projects will be preferred. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including government agencies, vendors, and technical teams. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Experience in project management and implementation support . Preferred Experience Experience working with government departments, public sector organizations, or ICT advisory projects.
