Workday Hcm Functional Consultant- Remote- Contract role

Job Description End-to-end Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives across multiple business units. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into Workday solutions. Conduct requirement-gathering , solution design , and functional reviews with business leaders. Configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizations, security, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and tenant setup. Provide functional expertise across Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll. Collaborate with integration teams to support EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, and third-party system integrations. Joining time: Immediate joiners are preferred.
