Infrastructure Manager Senior Specialist System Administrator Bengaluru

We are looking for an Infrastructure Manager Senior Specialist System Administrator with extensive experience in Linux and Windows to join our Infrastructure team in Bengaluru. This role is critical in ensuring system stability, integrity, and efficiency for our client-facing infrastructure. You will maintain and optimize IT systems, troubleshoot technical challenges, implement advanced storage and virtualization solutions, and lead local Desktop Support, DevOps, and DBA teams while collaborating with a global team on creative projects. Key responsibilities include managing Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems, WebSphere MQ, EMC/Dell/Pure storage devices, Postfix mail, and application/web servers. You will automate system tasks using Shell, Perl, or Python scripting and apply engineering principles to enhance and modernize IT infrastructure. Expertise in VMware ESXi/vSphere, middleware administration (WebSphere MQ, WebLogic, Apache), DNS, authentication tools (AD/LDAPS, SSO, SAML), and AWS cloud solutions is essential. Security management, including PAM, MFA, system hardening, and CIS benchmarking, is also required. With 10+ years of experience, solid communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills, and hands-on experience in system monitoring (Nagios), security protocols, firewalls, and data sharing protocols (FTP, SFTP, MFT), you will drive system improvements and ensure high availability of critical IT resources. .
