Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer

Qualifications: B. E (or) B. Tech/ M. E (or) M. Tech in ECE/ EEE or any relevant 10+ years core technical experience in HW designs Job Summary: Design and develop hardware products, including circuit boards, components, and systems as per industry standards best practices. Design and develop hardware components and systems, such as circuit boards, microprocessors, sensors, ICs and other computer hardware. Technical project management for PCBA redesign for EOL / Quality / Cost / NPD projects. Prepare qualification / testing / validation plans, Lab co-ordination. Bench level testing of boards, lab instrument handling. Drive communication with customers, vendors, global teams. Essential - must have Skills: Strong understanding of various HW architecture Components selection bench level testing, system level integration Hands on - micro-controller families 8/ 16/ 32bit, ST/NXP/equivalent Hands on - High-speed / Mixed signal design Knowledge in Power Integrity (PI) and Signal Integrity (SI) analysis,sensors, modules, communication interface Desirable - good to have Skil: Experience in Memory interfaces ( DDR, NAND, Nor, Flash ) Experience in EMI/EMC standards (medical / industrial standards) Risk analysis, mitigation plan.
