Design Engineer

Responsibilities: Understanding Project Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, functional requirements, and design specifications. Conceptual Design and Development: Generate innovative design concepts and solutions that meet project requirements, considering factors such as functionality, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and safety. Detailed Design and Drafting: Create detailed 2D and 3D models, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) using CAD software ([Specify CAD Software - e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA]). Engineering Calculations and Analysis: Perform necessary engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses (e.g., stress analysis, thermal analysis) to validate designs and ensure performance. Material Selection: Select appropriate materials based on design requirements, performance criteria, and cost considerations. Design Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize designs for improved performance, efficiency, and manufacturability. Prototyping and Testing Support: Collaborate with the manufacturing and testing teams during the prototyping and testing phases, providing design modifications and support as needed. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and test reports. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers from other disciplines (e.g., manufacturing, quality, production), as well as project managers and suppliers, to ensure seamless product development. Adherence to Standards: Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines. Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve design-related issues that may arise during development or production. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and software to enhance design capabilities and efficiency. Experience 1 - 2 Years Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
