About the role
Role: Admin & Facility Technical Engineer Noida Applicants should be from IT-BPM/ITES/MNC/SSC Budget-Upto 10LPA Key Skills & Qualifications Technical Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee maintenance of critical facility systems such as HVAC, Backup Generators, UPS Systems, Fire Suppression System, PACs, Electrical Panels etc.Manage facility operations and technical services for office/building infrastructure.Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, DG sets, UPS, and fire safety systems.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment.Supervise vendor management for AMC, repairs, and facility services.Ensure statutory compliance and safety regulations (fire, electrical, building).Monitor facility budgets, maintenance costs, and service contracts.Handle space management, office layout, and infrastructure planning.Manage housekeeping, security, and facility staff.Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations and quick issue resolution.Support energy management and cost optimization initiatives. Preferred Experience Graduate Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience in Administration & Facilities ManagementTechnical Infrastructure MaintenanceVendor & Contract ManagementSafety & Compliance ManagementBudget Control .
