As a BI Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports. You will collaborate closely with business teams to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. - Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau. - Connect to various data sources and perform necessary data transformations. - Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective BI solutions. - Optimize and maintain data models for enhanced performance and scalability. - Collaborate with teams to gather reporting needs and deliver valuable insights. - Ensure reports maintain data accuracy and consistency.
