Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow (Bengaluru)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 6 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to drive the design, implementation, and governance of scalable HRSD solutions aligned with business objectives and compliance standards. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules, along with the ability to lead complex implementations and platform enhancements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, platform teams, and technical experts to ensure that HR processes are streamlined, automated, and future-ready. The position demands strong analytical capabilities, architectural oversight, and the confidence to guide teams through enterprise-level ServiceNow transformations. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with organizational and compliance requirements. - Lead enhancements across key HRSD modules including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, and Access Control Lists (ACLs). - Collaborate with platform teams on upgrades and system changes impacting HRSD functionality. - Define architectural standards and review solution designs to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Design and support third-party integrations using REST APIs for seamless data exchange and process automation. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to resolve complex configuration and integration challenges. - Conduct technical reviews for advanced implementations, including ACL configurations and system integrations. - Manage deployments across integration (INT) and production (PROD) environments. - Oversee incident management, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for out-of-the-box (OOB) ServiceNow functionalities. - Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to align solutions with business needs.
