Our purpose is to create abundance for everyone we touch. Responsibilities of the role include : Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications. Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards. Demonstrate strong understanding and hands-on experience with the Java Collections Framework, including List, Set, Map, Queue, Concurrent Collections, and their performance characteristics. Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Java Collections Framework. Analyze and optimize data structures and algorithms to improve application performance and scalability. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks. Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical solutioning. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues and performance bottlenecks. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA Engineers, and Architects to deliver business solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Work with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL and write optimized SQL queries. Qualifications: Candidates with B. Tech or M Tech degrees are preferred.
