Senior Consultant/ Solution Architect -EC, Time Tracking & Benefits

Experience: 10–15 end-to-end implementations | Location: Bhubaneswar (Initial 3-6 months, then WFH) Job Summary: Responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Tracking & Benefits. Collaborates with business teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration with other modules. Key Responsibilities: Lead EC implementation and support. Configure data models, workflows, and business rules. Handle integrations, data migration, and testing. Provide functional guidance and manage stakeholders. Skills Required: Strong experience in SuccessFactors EC & TT (certification preferred). Good knowledge of HR processes and integrations. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
