JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION/DESIGNATION Salesforce Developer CoE Engineering Team BAND/GRADE 2- 7 years JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 2+ Years of Development experience in Salesforce and certified in Salesforce. Works with business users on translating their use cases into Salesforce Modules/screens/APIs and ensure the requirements are clear, complete and correct. Implementation of the Front end and Integration requirements into Secure, Scalable and high performing screens to support the backend modules. Complete the configuration of User Stories using OOTB Salesforce features and AppExchange Products requirement minimum customization and custom development. Design, Develop and Test the Pages as per the functional and non-functional requirements. Follow the culture of good security, coding standards, best practices and adhere to the standards & guidelines, including Design, Developed Code, Functional & Non-functional Testing, pipeline, Deployments and Project documentation. Create the required CI/CD Pipeline, manage deployments and prepare the required documentation. Suggesting improvements to the existing landscape. Anticipating the technology risks and ensuring to have the contingency plans in place. Suggesting improvements to the existing landscape. Works collaboratively with other Technology teams that take care of Infrastructure, Applications and Data, to ensure we work towards a common goal to meet customers and Business satisfaction. PREFERRED CREDENTIALS WORK EXPERIENCE 2+ years as Salesforce developer with 1 to 2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations. Has hands-on experience with Salesforce features like lightning, Process Builders, Flows, Automation Rules, etc. and custom development using Apex, Visualforce and LWC. Experience in Development of Salesforce APIs and binding of external APIs. Experience in Agile, DevOps and Containerization. Experience of setting up Authentication and Authorization. Experience in Insurance Domain is an added advantage. QUALIFICATIONS Graduation / Postgraduation (Engineering, IT, CS) CERTIFICATIONS Salesforce Admin & PD-1 Certified. Additional Certifications are a plus. COMPETENCIES Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication, negotiation and Team skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
