Lead SOA

Role & responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of microservices and SOA-based solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers and senior engineers. Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across the SOA platform. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to refine SOA strategy and roadmap. Foster a culture of high-quality engineering, clean architecture, and test-driven development. Oversee system performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring solutions meet SLAs and business requirements. Lead code reviews, design sessions, and technical discussions. Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, services, and integrations to build a strong knowledge base. Stay ahead of emerging trends in SOA, microservices, cloud-native development, and AI-assisted engineering. Skills Required: Must Have: Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Golang preferred, Java, Node.js, or Python). Proven experience designing and implementing SOA and microservices-based architectures. Expertise in API design principles (REST/SOAP/GraphQL) and best practices. Strong experience with database schema design and optimization. Hands-on expertise with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.). Understanding of prompt engineering and ability to write optimized prompts. Experience using ChatGPT, Lovable, LLM tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Good To Have: Hands-on knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for SOA/microservices deployments. Education: B.E/B.Tech Experience: 5 -7 Years
