About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the on-ground implementation of AI interventions by aligning technical solutions with health system workflows, infrastructure, and operational realities. This position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and systems management by supporting the implementation and evaluation of AI-driven interventions in real-world settings, providing exposure to digital health implementation, process evaluation, and multistakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct desk reviews of AI solutions for operational feasibility and workflow integration. - Support development and implementation of evaluation protocols, field SOPs, and monitoring frameworks (on-site travel). - Assess deployment environment compatibility in coordination with solution developer; establish required systems infrastructure and data pipelines. - Facilitate workflow mapping and integration of AI tools within existing clinical or operational pathways. - Contribute to process evaluations and operational efficiency assessments during pilot phases. - Lead training and capacity-building sessions for the pilot sites implementing the AI solution. - Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications with pilot sites. - Collaborate closely with clinical, ML, and behavioral researchers to align operational insights with broader evaluation goals. Qualification Required: - Masters in Management/Industrial Engineering or a related field. - Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to work across technical, clinical, and research teams. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work independently and carry out assignments within given parameters. - Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Minimum 3 years of experience managing and evaluating digital health interventions. - Strong understanding of implementation research, health system workflows, and program logistics. - Experience developing SOPs, data management, monitoring frameworks, and operational dashboards. - Experience in the integration of digital solutions into existing systems architecture. - Willingness to frequently travel to study sites to support pilot deployments.
