Senior Power Platform Developer (PL-200 & PL-600 Certified) | Contract-to-Hire

Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer Experience: 5+ years Shift timings : 11 to 8 PM (IST) Duration : 8 months Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in designing and developing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in building modern applications and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio, along with advanced knowledge of PCF controls and Fluent UI. Microsoft certifications PL-200 and PL-600 are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Platform components including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate. Create and customize PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)controls and apply Fluent UI for modern, responsive user experiences. Leverage Copilot Studio for building AI-powered solutions and integrating intelligent assistance into Power Platform apps. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform applications ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Follow best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM), security, and performance tuning in Power Platform projects. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Power Platform. Proven expertise in Model-driven and Canvas apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience in custom development using PCF controls and Fluent UI. Solid understanding of Power Platform framework and modern development practices. Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or other AI-driven tools within Microsoft ecosystem. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
