Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager -US Healthcare night shift (Delhi)

Role & responsibilities Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Analytics & BI aligned with organizational and client priorities. Drive analytics-led operational transformation initiatives across end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management functions including Patient Access, Coding, Billing, Denials, Collections, and Payment Posting. Collaborate with executive leadership across US and India teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational visibility. Lead enterprise KPI governance, reporting standardization, and analytics modernization initiatives. Establish scalable frameworks for self-service analytics and business intelligence adoption. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline. Masters degree (MBA/MS) preferred. 15+ years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Reporting functions. 5+ years of leadership experience managing large global teams (200+ employees preferred .
