Internal Control Analyst - ServiceNow - GRC - Hyderabad (Telangana)

Role & responsibilities The GP&CI; Specialist will join a new team responsible for supporting GRC systems (ServiceNow IRM and SAP GRC) used for risk management and internal controls activities. Risk management and internal controls professional provide best in class support to the business and ensure critical risks are effectively managed. Close cooperation with local management as well as Global Teams will be required to enable synergies, share positive practices and ensure internal controls are efficient and effective. - Day-to-day end user support (including troubleshooting, workaround and escalation) - End user access management - End user training (including preparation and maintenance of training material) Preferred candidate profile - University degree / Bachelor in Finance & Accounting, IT or related field - Relevant job experience and a solid knowledge in business application support - Working knowledge with ServiceNow IRM or other GRC systems .
