Quality Assurance Test Lead

Test Lead Job Title: QA Test Lead Experience: 8+ Years Job Description: Lead QA activities and manage a team of 5+ members Review customer requirements and prepare test plans and test strategies Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure defect-free releases Design and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and BDD Cucumber Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured (good to have) Work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins for automated test execution Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and support groups for smooth testing implementation Support mobile automation testing for Android and iOS platforms Provide regular status updates and proactively identify solutions for issues Collaborate directly with customers and work independently on daily tasks Required Skills: Strong experience in manual and automation testing Hands-on expertise in Java, Selenium, BDD Cucumber framework Team handling and stakeholder coordination skills Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills Flexibility and ability to work independently Good to Have: SQL knowledge Experience in API Automation (Rest Assured) Exposure to UiPath Experience in Mobile Automation (Android & iOS) Preferred Domain: Retail domain experience ( Online Shopping, Sales & Stores ) Experience Level Senior Level .
