[About the Role] Join our dynamic team in Lexington, KY, as a Data Analyst II. In this hybrid contract position, you’ll work onsite during training, then transition to a flexible schedule. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions for critical ERP management processes. [Responsibilities]

• Aggregate, cleanse, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to support ERP management
• Build and report on key business performance indicators related to financials, material tracking, and end-to-end communication
• Support regulatory and customer reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with project teams to provide business-critical data analyses and reporting
• Extract meaningful insights to inform strategic business decisions

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or a similar field
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or data science
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, and SAP
• Proven ability to compile, cleanse, and prepare large datasets for analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of deriving insights from complex data
