Location:Oklahoma City, OK
Shift: First, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Any OT / DOT expected ? : Over Time as required
Domestic travel required?: Possible yes

Job Description
Support the development, integration, verification, and certification of aerospace systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architectures, manage requirements, perform system analysis, and ensure successful delivery of system engineering products throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, decompose, allocate, and manage system requirements.
Perform system architecture, logical decomposition, and functional analysis.
Support system verification, validation, and certification activities.
Participate in FAA and Military certification efforts.
Support risk, issue, opportunity, and technical performance management.
Develop system engineering artifacts including requirements, specifications, architecture models, and technical reports.
Lead and support technical reviews, working groups, and customer meetings.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Support systems integration, testing, and design review activities.
Utilize MBSE and requirements management tools including CAMEO, MSOSA, Rhapsody, DOORS, TeamCenter, and 3DX.
Mentor team members and ensure quality of engineering deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, or related technical field.
2+ years of systems engineering experience.
Experience with System Architecture and Modeling tools (CAMEO, MSOSA, Rhapsody).
Experience with Requirements Management tools (IBM DOORS).
Experience in requirements verification and validation.
Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of related systems engineering experience.

Experience with ICD development, requirements development, and logical architecture.

Experience with risk, issue, and opportunity management.

Experience leading SRR, PDR, and CDR reviews.

Experience with systems integration, lab testing, ground testing, and flight testing.

Experience supporting FAA, EASA, or Military certification programs.

Knowledge of avionics, mission systems, networking, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, and aircraft systems.

INCOSE Certification preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
