• Operate specialized fabrication equipment and perform alignment checks, modifications, and replacements as needed

• Prepare custom resin systems, hardeners, and curing solutions tailored to project requirements

• Conduct experimental builds, perform rigorous testing, and report technical data in prescribed formats

• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to improve processes and ensure project objectives are met

• Required Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in composite development, prototype fabrication, and assembly

• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and composite lay-up schematics

• Advanced skills in troubleshooting, calibration, and operation of composite fabrication equipment

• Expertise in preparing and handling resin systems and curing solutions

• Strong attention to detail and technical reporting

• Preferred Skills
