Perform spatial optimization to ensure mechanical equipment rooms and riser layouts maximize space, minimize pressure drops, and guarantee maintenance accessibility. Support value engineering efforts by optimizing material takeoffs (MTOs) and routing efficiency to reduce material waste and fabrication costs. 4. Compliance, Codes & Fabrication Standards Ensure all mechanical layouts strictly adhere to regional and international engineering codes (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, and local building regulations). Maintain deep alignment with fabrication standards (LOD 400/500), ensuring models are instantly ready for manufacturing, pre-fabrication, and spooling.
