ICT NOC Engineer

Monitoring of Customer s Network Infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Network Security, Wireless Network, and Cloud Environment. Monitoring of Customer s Network Devices, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load balancers, Wireless Controller, Wireless Access points (WAPs). Network Alarm Validation, Event correlation within agreed SLA. Network Task & Network Incident Understanding, Categorization (P1, P2, P3 & P4) and Coordination with L2 engineers. Network Monitoring of Planned changes and maintenance activities, including pre- and post-change health checks of Network Devices. Daily Network operational Health checks and operational reports. Timely shift Attendance and Handover in accordance with the defined operational process. Must possess Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, CCNP, NSE-4.
