About the role
You will maintain service availability and performance within established SLAs. Responsibilities Resolve network faults within agreed customer SLAs. Provision customer network services on access and aggregation equipment using MPLS-TP. Support field support teams with technical troubleshooting. Work rotating shifts as required by operations. Required Skills 4+ years of experience in network operations. Hands-on experience with MPLS-TP and SDH transport fields. Strong knowledge of switching, routing, and IP fundamentals. Proficiency in subnetting and IP networking. Experience troubleshooting SDH/DWDM equipment. Understanding of fiber networks and optical power budgets. Basic understanding of Linux.
