Jira Administrator (Kolkata)

We are looking for ambitious and energetic - JIRA Admin to help us expand our clientele. Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA software & service management - including tool administration and customization Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports. - Creating customized JIRA service desk workflows with SLAs, Dashboards, Reports and - requested customizations. - Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA - Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations for both software & - service management tool. - Design custom JIRA workflow for different issues types to assist in Automation - Develop JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen - schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA software. - Responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA software & - service desk tool and associated plugins. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization to develop, and deliver custom - templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk) - JIRA Administrator will be responsible for understanding the current process, identifying gaps toJob Location: Kolkata No. of Openings: 1 .
