Your entrepreneurial spirit will help shape the future of AI-driven software development with Ailyce. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in functional analysis with a proven track record in complex projects Exceptional English communication skills---both written and spoken---with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Strong customer-facing experience with proven ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and build lasting client relationships Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking Expert-level proficiency in functional analysis, translating business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Extensive experience creating comprehensive functional documentation including process flows, use cases, wireframes, and feature specifications Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and modern software devel- opment practices Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enthusiasm for leveraging AI technologies in business analysis Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to lead workshops and drive consensus among stakeholders Outstanding interpersonal and social skills---collaborative, empathetic, and skilled at building trust with customers and team members A strong innovator mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and the drive to take initiative in ambiguous situations A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field A flexible working attitude, focusing on results rather than rigid 9-to-5 approach
