Job description LOCATION Offshore (Bangalore) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 7+ years Cerner SurgiNet production support ROLE SUMMARY The offshore Surgical Analyst is a single seat covering SurgiNet support across perioperative workflow during IST hours. The role pairs with the offshore Lab Analyst on shared overnight coverage windows. OR-related events have revenue impact and may carry clinical-safety severity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide Cerner SurgiNet support across perioperative workflow during IST hours. • Troubleshoot OR workflow and case management issues. • Support anesthesia documentation issues. • Support OR scheduling and resource template troubleshooting. • Support PACU workflow. • Inspect HL7 v2.x ORM and SIU messages for OR diagnosis. • Maintain ServiceNow queue discipline. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Cerner SurgiNet Support (required) Cerner SurgiNet production support across pre-op, intra-op, post-op, and PACU. OR Workflow (required) Anesthesia Documentation (required) Anesthesia documentation issue support. AIMS workflow triage. OR Scheduling Support (required) OR scheduling support. Resource template troubleshooting. PACU Workflow (required) PACU workflow support. HL7 v2.x OR (required) ServiceNow (required) ServiceNow ticket queue management. Surgical Case Management (preferred) Surgical Case Management basic support. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS • Cerner Millennium Foundations (mandatory) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Cerner PowerChart Anesthesia familiarity
