Job description Night Shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST) Job Summary: An Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with deep experience in Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Recruiting Cloud, and Position Management, preferably within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will provide both functional expertise and technical capability to support implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of HCM processes tailored to complex healthcare workforce models and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between HR, clinical operations, talent acquisition, and IT to define and deliver solutions across: Core HR – employee lifecycle, organizational structures, work relationships, and employment models Position Management – position budgeting, job requisition linkages, staffing alignment, and approval hierarchies Recruiting Cloud (ORC) – requisition creation, job posting, candidate selection, onboarding, and offer management Talent Management – performance appraisals, goals, succession, career development Payroll – integrations with time and attendance, retro processing, costing, and payroll runs Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing cycles. Design HR business processes specific to healthcare such as union-specific contracts, credential tracking, multiple assignments, per diem staff management, and clinical role-based access. Technical Responsibilities: Configure and support technical elements of Oracle HCM Cloud: HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Loaders Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, and Validation Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI for advanced reporting and dashboards REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for external integrations (e.g., Kronos, background check systems, benefits vendors, ERP/Finance) Develop interfaces for data migration and system integrations for seamless flow across HR, payroll, compliance, and clinical systems. Perform quarterly patch testing, release impact analysis, and post-deployment validation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Demonstrated techno-functional experience in: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud, and Position Management HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas OTBI/BIP Reports, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) OIC or equivalent integration platforms Healthcare-specific experience in areas such as: Compliance-driven hiring (HIPAA, Joint Commission) Complex scheduling and payroll cycles (e.g., multiple shifts, night differentials) Tracking of licensure, certifications, and credentials Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Kronos, EPIC, or Cerner integrations Understanding of healthcare regulatory and workforce compliance (ACA, FMLA, OSHA) Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or hybrid implementation frameworks Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications (Recruiting, Payroll, or Talent) [Good to have] Skillset Oracle HCM (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Recruiting Cloud, and Position Management) and Oracle BI Publisher Reporting
