About the role
We are seeking talented Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic global engineering teams. This role offers exciting opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects in industries including automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and sustainable technologies. Whether you specialize in design, analysis, or production, you will play a key role in delivering innovative mechanical solutions that drive efficiency, performance, and environmental sustainability. About the Role As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of mechanical systems from concept and detailed design through prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and field deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, project managers, and clients to develop high-quality products and systems that meet stringent technical, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed mechanical design and 3D modeling using SolidWorks, AutoCAD , and other CAD tools to create robust components and assemblies. Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations using ANSYS and similar software to evaluate structural integrity, thermal performance, and fluid flow. Design and optimize HVAC systems , thermal management solutions, and energy-efficient mechanical systems for industrial and commercial applications. Lead product development cycles, including prototyping, testing, validation, and iteration based on performance data. Apply thermodynamics , fluid mechanics , and material science principles to select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes. Oversee manufacturing processes , implement Lean Manufacturing techniques, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality control protocols. Manage project timelines , budgets, and resources while coordinating with global stakeholders. Perform stress analysis , root cause analysis , and failure mode investigations to improve reliability and safety. Contribute to sustainability initiatives by designing renewable energy systems , optimizing energy consumption, and reducing carbon footprints. Support automation and robotics integration in production lines and smart manufacturing environments. Prepare technical documentation, reports, specifications, and presentations for internal and client reviews. Mentor junior engineers and participate in continuous improvement programs. Travel occasionally to project sites in cities like Toronto, Munich, Sydney, Vienna, Zurich , and others for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
