As a highly experienced and motivated Technical Lead, your role will involve driving the architecture, design, and development of Clinical Care Advance (CCA) solutions. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers and collaborating with business and clinical teams to ensure smooth integration, customization, and compliance of the CCA platform. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design and development efforts on the CCA platform. - Collaborate with client business teams, clinical stakeholders, and external vendors. - Oversee technical architecture, integration patterns, and data flows. - Ensure CCA configurations meet healthcare and compliance standards. - Define best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks. - Mentor junior developers and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Review and validate technical documentation and user guides. Required Skills: - Strong experience with Clinical Care Advance (CCA) or similar care management platforms. - Proficient in Dot Net, SQL, REST APIs, ADF, ADB, and healthcare integration standards. - Experience in clinical workflows, care management logic, and audit tracking. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of Healthcare Domains is a plus.
