QA Lead / Manager

You will be responsible for testing Salesforce Industries cloud applications. We are looking for someone with exposure to quality engineering frameworks and hands-on testing experience on one or more of Salesforce Industries clouds, Integration, and Data Management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, set and manage expectations - Perform Requirement Analysis, Test Effort estimation, Test Design, Test execution, Defect Management, and Test reporting - Provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing - Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards - Help define test cases and review them during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed - Interact, communicate, and follow through with development & customer teams throughout the testing phase - Assist in internal defect triage calls - Assist customers with UAT testing as needed - Assist with UAT defect triage calls Qualifications Required: - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a QA capacity - Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries Cloud - Strong understanding of SQA methodologies - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must - Salesforce Omnistudio consultant certification - Experience in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment - Excellent communication skills required and able to work independently - Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications Note: Role for QA Team Manager in the IT Services & Consulting industry under the Engineering - Software & QA department.
