Senior Test Lead

As a QA Team Manager in the IT Services & Consulting industry, your role will involve managing one or more modules independently. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and architects to define test strategy and planning based on the project requirements. Analyzing and reviewing test cases, you will prioritize them according to business needs and execute them efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include estimating, planning, monitoring, and controlling testing activities, as well as preparing risk mitigation plans for potential delays. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills and effectively manage a small team, resolving any issues that may arise within the team. It will be your responsibility to oversee testing scope, SLAs, KPIs, communication, risks, and issues while creating and maintaining the test schedule. Identifying training needs for testers, organizing knowledge transfer sessions, and actively participating in defect management and triages are also key aspects of your role.
