About the role
Domain: Healthcare (Radiology / Cardiology/ Ancillary Preferred) Oversee incident, problems, and service request management across imaging applications and IT infrastructure. Define and enforce SLA compliance and escalation procedures. Lead a team of engineers, ensuring coverage across network, server, storage, RIS/VNA, and application layers. Drive strategic initiatives such as cloud migration, virtualization optimization, workflow automation, and SSL security enhancements. Collaborate with hospital IT leadership, radiology/cardiology departments, and vendors. Provide reporting and analytics on system performance, downtime, and incident trends. Ensure cybersecurity compliance for imaging systems, dictation platforms, and infrastructure. Adoption of advanced image post processing techniques to improve clinical workflows. Knowledge on IHE Radiology and Cardiology Profiles. Skills Requirements 8 10+ years of experience in imaging application and IT infrastructure support. Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams (network, server, cloud, database, RIS/VNA). Expertise in enterprise imaging platforms, Image Viewer applications, and dictation systems (Powerscribe, Augnito, Dragon). Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication abilities. Ability to design and implement automation frameworks (PowerShell, WMI, cloud-native tools). Knowledge of disaster recovery planning, enterprise storage strategies, and SSL security protocols. Deep understanding of radiology and cardiology workflows, RIS/VNA integration, and advanced image post processing. Strong expertise in PACS preferably in Change Merge PACS systems and RIS platforms, including change and merge initiatives across multi-site healthcare environments. Strong database troubleshooting skills (SQL queries, performance tuning). Qualifications BE in CSE, IT, or BME; MSc in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Biomedical Engineering.
