About the role
- Front-end Development: Using React.js, they create interactive, user-friendly interfaces and components for web applications. - Back-end Development: Utilizing Node.js, they develop server-side logic, APIs, and databases to ensure smooth data flow and functionality. Responsibilities - Front-end Development: - Developing user interfaces with React.js. - Building reusable components and front-end libraries. - Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code. - Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - Back-end Development: - Designing and implementing server-side applications using Node.js. - Building RESTful APIs and integrating with front-end elements. - Managing databases, data storage, and data retrieval. - Ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. - Collaboration: - Working closely with designers and other developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions. - Testing and Debugging: - Writing unit tests to ensure code robustness, usability, and reliability. - Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance. - Documentation and Maintenance: - Documenting code and project specifications. - Maintaining and improving existing codebases. - Keeping abreast of current trends and best practices in web development.
