Oracle Retail Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising applications and retail business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Retail implementation, support, enhancements, integrations, and production support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable Oracle Retail solutions. Oracle Retail environments commonly include modules such as RMS, MFCS, ReIM, ReSA, RPM, SIM, and Xstore. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement Oracle Retail solutions.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Configure and support Oracle Retail modules including:RMS / MFCS (Retail Merchandising)ReIM (Invoice Matching)ReSA (Sales Audit)RPM (Price Management)SIM (Store Inventory Management)Xstore POSDevelop functional and technical design documents.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, PL/SQL, and Oracle Integration technologies.Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.Provide post-production support and user training.Required Skills 5+ years of Oracle Retail implementation/support experience.Strong experience with one or more Oracle Retail modules:RMS/MFCSReIMReSARPMSIMXstoreStrong SQL and PL/SQL skills.Experience with Oracle Database.Experience with Oracle Retail integrations.Knowledge of Retail Merchandising and Supply Chain processes.Experience in Unix/Linux environments.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills.
