JD- Hiring Manager specifically looking for candidates with 15+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, including at least 7 years in an Architect role. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, consulting directly with clients, providing architectural guidance, and leading solution delivery programs. Hands-on coding expertise is not mandatory; the focus is on solution architecture, stakeholder management, and client consulting experience. The position is at the Senior Manager / Manager level and is open for Bangalore and Gurgaon locations.
