About the Job InfoBeans is hiring a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Tricentis Testim to support the implementation and quality assurance of a new Microsoft ERP system. We are looking for a quality-focused automation engineer who can build scalable automated test suites, validate complex business workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Build and maintain regression, smoke, functional, and end-to-end automation test suites. Validate business-critical workflows during Microsoft ERP implementation. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and prepare automation scenarios. Execute test plans and support release validation activities. Identify, document, and track software defects while working closely with development teams. Develop reusable automation components and maintain test data for improved automation coverage. Perform API testing, SQL/database validation, and integration testing. Support CI/CD-based automated test execution using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation best practices. Work effectively within Agile teams and participate in sprint activities. Qualification & Certification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in QA Automation. Hands-on experience with Tricentis Testim. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with Microsoft ERP platforms (Dynamics 365, Business Central, Finance & Operations, or similar) is highly preferred. Experience in API Testing and SQL validation. Exposure to Playwright is a strong advantage. Knowledge of AI-assisted testing or Agentic AI is a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
