As a Functional Product Analyst / Business Analyst with expertise in Temenos T24 core banking system, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements - Translate requirements into functional specifications (FSD/HLSD) - Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams - Perform system impact analysis and support solution design - Review test cases and support SIT/UAT phases - Conduct issue analysis and provide root cause insights (RCA) - Provide BAU support and functional clarifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following required skills: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos T24 - Strong understanding of banking processes and financial services - Hands-on experience in modules like Core Banking, Accounting, Trade Finance, Treasury (Forex, Securities, Money Market), AA Loans, Deposits, Retail - Experience in requirement analysis, functional design, and SDLC - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Additionally, it would be beneficial to have the following skills: - Experience with T24 integrations & third-party systems - Knowledge of Temenos Analytics / Autoforms - Exposure to test automation The company values proactive and detail-oriented professionals who can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and possess strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
