We're #Hiring | SAP O2C Business Process Owner | Chennai (Hybrid/WFO) Location: Chennai Work Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid Experience: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary Order-to-Cash (O2C) Business Process Owner, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.Lead SAP O2C implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support initiatives.Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.Define and standardize best-in-class O2C business processes.Configure and optimize SAP SD to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations.Coordinate unit testing, integration testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.Provide production support and resolve business-critical issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in SAP SD/O2C Consulting.Strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.Experience in 23 full-cycle SAP implementation/rollout projects.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.Expertise in:Sales Order ProcessingPricingShippingBillingCredit ManagementReturnsOutput ManagementGood understanding of EDI integration, inventory reconciliation, and commercial channels.Strong integration knowledge with MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
