Implementation Specialist HRMS (Hyderabad)

Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Implementation Specialist to join our team and drive the successful deployment of 247HRMS for our clients. The role involves end-to-end implementation, client onboarding, training, and ensuring seamless adoption of our HR software solutions. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and configure 247HRMS modules accordingly. Manage end-to-end HRMS implementation, including data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Collaborate with clients to gather business needs, analyze processes, and map them to HRMS functionalities. Conduct training sessions for client HR teams and end-users. Provide post-implementation support and resolve client queries in coordination with the support team. Document implementation processes, project milestones, and client feedback. Ensure timely project delivery within defined quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR software implementation (preferably HRMS/ Payroll/ Attendance/ Leave/ Performance modules). Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance practices. Hands-on experience in system configuration and client training. Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines. Good to Have Experience with 24*7 HRMS or similar HRMS platforms.
