About the role
Educational Requirements Master Of Engineering, MCA, MTech, Bachelor Of Comp. Applications,Bachelor Of Science, Bachelor Of Engineering, Bachelor Of Technology Service Line Cloud Infrastructure Services Responsibilities - Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications in Unix/Linux environments - Monitor application health, logs, and system performance to ensure uptime and SLA adherence - Troubleshoot and resolve application, batch job, and system-related issues - Perform log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis for recurring incidents - Support Python-based applications/scripts, including debugging and minor enhancements - Monitor and manage batch jobs, scheduling, and job failures (AutoSys/cron or similar) - Coordinate with L1/L3 teams, developers, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution - Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management in line with ITIL processes - Support deployments, releases, and workplace validation activities - Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Preferred Skills: - Technology->Open System->UNIX - Technology->Open System->Linux - Technology->OpenSystem->Python - OpenSystem .
