About the role
As a Manager IT Service Support and Operations in this role, you will be responsible for managing engineers working extensively on Cisco network software. You will lead the IT support team to ensure maximum performance of a high traffic network infrastructure while maintaining system integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Team Management: Utilize your experience in team management to lead and guide the engineers effectively. - Client Management: Manage internal & external stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure smooth operations. - Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills within the team and with stakeholders. - Configure, Troubleshoot & Maintain IT Network Infra: Utilize your experience and knowledge of Cisco routing and switching to install, maintain, and configure Cisco devices. This includes ASA, Firepower, IPS, Routers, Switches, Cisco AnyConnect, Proxy setup, and Checkpoint firewall management. - IT Security Compliance & Audit: Manage internal, external, and client audits to maintain network security and compliance. Stay updated on security patches, IOS updates, audit logs, access controls, and network security guidelines. - Network Performance Reports: Assess network performance, address business requirements, and recommend network planning and upgrades. Plan for hardware and software upgrades/replacements. - ITIL Tracking and Reporting: Manage capacity, change, vendor, and incident management. Perform disaster recovery operations effectively. - Availability: Provide 24x7 support availability and maintain a flexible schedule, including working nights and weekends. - Documentation: Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for designing and planning network communication systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Administration. - Certifications: CCNA, CCNP.
