Specialist IT Service, Support and Operations

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing core IT infrastructure, which includes networks, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies. Your main focus will be on ensuring efficient IT service delivery by implementing strong IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL practices across Incident, Request, and Change Management processes.
