About the role
As an IT Infrastructure Manager, your role will involve managing and overseeing core IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies. You will ensure efficient IT service delivery through strong ITSM and ITIL practices across Incident Request and Change Management. Your deep expertise in Windows domain administration and cloud technologies such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, antivirus systems, virtual machines, and Azure will be crucial for this role.
