Salesforce Automation QA-Sales Cloud-AccelQ (Bengaluru)

Location: Bangalore(Hybrid/wfo) Sales Cloud Sr QA with automation - 6+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong preference for experience using AccelQ on Salesforce and SAP platforms. - Proven expertise in Salesforce, particularly within the Sales Cloud module. - Proficient in writing complex SOQL and SQL queries for data validation and backend testing. Good understanding of Case management, Case assignment and Escalation rule - Extensive experience in designing and developing robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce environments. Any automation tool is fine Robust understanding of Salesforce Security Model: oProfiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD Settings, and Sharing Rules. - Highly skilled at early issue detection, with a deep understanding of backend configurations, process flows, and validation rules. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills required - Must have worked in agile projects and have used Jira or any other ALM tools for SDLC .
