Skills Requirement Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Business AnalystDemonstrated solid client facing and stakeholder management experienceExtensive hands-on experience of managing multiple implementation projectsExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsHighly skilled in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artefacts including BRD, User Stories, Functional Process Flows, Wireframes, Business rule definitions, User manuals and training materialExceptional demonstration and presentation skillsKnowledge of Sales and Service cloud, Marketing cloud is a must. Add on knowledge of Experience cloud, and Tableau CRM will be highly preferredSolid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentalsGood understanding of Waterfall/Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals and experience of delivering projects in both type of models.
