Job Description ServiceNow QA Engineer (34 Years Experience) ServiceNow QA Engineer Experience 3–4 Years Location Noida Bangalore Only Flexible to work in shift and from ODC as well Job Summary We are looking for a ServiceNow QA Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in manual and automation testing of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF , and experience in designing and executing test cases. Exposure to performance testing tools and AutomatePro will be an added advantage. Must Have Skills 3–4 years of experience in Software Testing/QA. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM/HRSD/CSM or other modules). Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) . Experience in creating and executing manual test cases and ATF test scripts. Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle. Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing. Ability to analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios. Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira or ServiceNow. Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Good to Have Hands-on experience with AutomatePro (AMP) Experience with Performance Testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.). ServiceNow CSA certification.
