Job Description Software Support Engineer Job Title: Software Support Engineer Experience: 12 Years Location: Coimbatore Department: Customer Support / Technical Support About the Role Innervex Technologies is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Software Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support for our ERP and business software solutions. The ideal candidate should have good analytical and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and troubleshoot customer issues. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and functional support for ERP and web-based applications.Understand customer issues, analyse root causes, and provide timely resolutions.Log, track, and follow up on support tickets until closure.Coordinate with the Development, QA, and Product teams for bug fixes and enhancements.Perform basic database validation and execute SQL queries when required.Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and user training.Prepare issue reports, documentation, and user guides.Test bug fixes before deployment to customers.Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.Required Skills Basic knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server).Understanding of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.Preferred Skills Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRMS, Retail, or Accounting software.Basic understanding of APIs and Postman.Familiarity with Windows OS, networking concepts, and remote support tools.Exposure to software testing or debugging is an added advantage.Educational Qualification BE/B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE)B.Sc (Computer Science/IT)MCA or M.Sc (Computer Science/IT)What We Offer Opportunity to work on enterprise ERP and business applications.Hands-on exposure to customer support, databases, and software troubleshooting.Learning and career growth opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Company: Innervex Technologies Pvt.
